1.- Rules:

1.1. - The present regulation enters in effect starting from the same moment of its publication, until previous warning.

1.1.- The single fact of being connected to the server of Ragnarok Online - GxZone implies the acceptance of the rules listed here.

1.2.- The partial or total ignorance of the regulation listed here is not an excuse for breaking them. Infractiors will be punished.

1.3.- The Staff of GxRO reserves the right of suppressing, adding or modifying the present regulation according to he/she believes it necessary and/or convenient, without the necessity of a previous warning.

2.- Creation and administration of accounts:

2.1. - The servant GxRO is free, any person is allowed to enter to it without any discrimination of sex, age or ethnic condition.

2.2.- However, the Staff of GxRO reserves the right of admission and permanency of the users in the server, being able to exercise this right as he/she believes necessary and/or convenient without necessity of a previous warning.

2.3.- The creation of accounts will be free and gratuitous. The only requirement is to fill a registration form and accept a confirmation by e-mail.

2.4.- The username of the account will be free for election of the user, but the must not have any reference to racial discrimination, explicit sex, rude language, several accusations (delinquency, consumption of drugs, etc) or make reference to any insulting physical or mental state.

2.5.- With the purpose of avoiding confusion with other usernames, it won't be allowed to create accounts with similar username to the ones of the members of the staff. Nor will be admitted any username that involves any racial discrimination, explicit sex, rude language, several accusations (delinquency, consumption of drugs, etc) to one of the members of the staff.

2.6.- Any account violating what the point 2.4 and 2.5 dictamitates will have its username changed without any previous notice to its owner. The staff will choose a new username that can be changed later on by the user. Any serious violation to the rules dictaminated in point 2.4 and 2.5 can result on a deletion of the account.

2.7.- The accounts are absolute responsibility of the user. The staff of GxRO is not responsable for any loss or robbery of it. If the user cannot recover the account using the password recovery system, staff will not return the account to the user.

3.- Identified personal:

3.1. - The data that credits an user as the owner of the character cannot be changed by any member of the staff.

3.2.- At the moment the only character owner identificator is the email provided by the user at the time of creating the account.

3.3.- In case of using invalidad identificators the staff will not consider the user owner of the account.

3.4.- GxRO offers a service of password recovering by e-mail.

3.5.- If the user desires to make any other change on the account, identificators will be asked. In case of not knowing the identificators the staff will not consider the user owner of the account.

4.- Characters' creation, guilds and partys:

4.1. - Users are free to create characters on their accounts that follow the rules imposed here.

4.2.- It is absolutely forbidden the creation of characters with similar names of the ones of the members of the staff. It is also forbidden the use of the words GameMaster, GM, Admin, Administrator, Mod, Moderator, Staff, GxZone, GxRO, Server, Developer, Dev or any other word that show that the user if member of the staff. Any name that can be considered insulting to any member of the GxRO community is also forbidden.

4.3.- It is absolutely forbidden the creation of characters with names that include any racial discrimination, explicit sex, rude language, several accusations (delinquency, consumption of drugs, etc.) or any reference to insulting physical or mental states. Any violation type won't be tolerated and will be punished by deleting the character or banning the whole account.

4.4.- It is absolutely forbidden the creation of characters with names that make publicity to any other forum/server/etc. Infractors will be punished by having their accounts deleted.

4.5.- Any violation to these rules will be punished, unless the opposite is indicated, with a name change and/or erased of the character and/or account without any previous warning to the owner. Any other question or petition must be asked by private message to a member of the staff.

4.6.- The staff reserves the right of evaluating and deciding which names are violating the rules mentioned above.

4.7.- The rules mentioned above also apply for guilds name.

4.8.- The rules mentioned above also apply for parties name.

5.- Administration of characters, guilds and parties:

5.1. - The users are free of interpreting their character role in the way that they want and believe convenient ingame, but the must not break any of the mentioned rules.

5.2.- Users are free to create with their characters stable groups (guilds) and/or temporary groups (partes) as they believe convenient and/or necessary, but the must not break any of the mentioned rules.

5.3.- The staff is not responsible for any inconvenience and/or problem that the creation of these groups can create, either personal or ingame problems.

5.4.- The characters are responsibility of the user. The staff is not responsible for the bad use and/or deletion of a character (even if the account was lent).
Deleted characters won’t be returned to their owners.

6.- Items:

6.1. - The users are owners and responsible for their own items, being able to use them as the want to.

6.2.- The distribution of obtained articles inside a party is a decition of the members of it, having the staff no responsibility and jurisdiction on these groups.
This rule also applies for any item obtained on a guild.

6.3.- Any item dropped to the floor stops being owned by any character and can be picked by any other user.
Although we appeal to the good faith and the players good will to return the items that have been dropped accidentally, the staff won’t participate in any dispute for an item.

6.4.- The trades (exchange of items) they are an absolute responsibility of the users. When trading both parts agree twice before concluding the transaction. It is recommended to check the items before accepting the trade. The staff won’t participate in any dispute for an item.

6.5.- The staff won't offer articles and/or zeny (ingame cash) to any player at any circunstance, being the exception the prices of the Special Events.
Any player that requests items and/or zeny will be warned. If the player does it again he/she will be punished.

6.6.- Under any points of view and without exceptions the staff will return any lost item to a player.


7.- Violations and Punishments:

7.1. - Any person that has knowledge and/or participates in one of the listed violations will be punished according the severity of the infraction. The staff has the right to change the punishment at their will.

7.2.- It is absolutely forbidden the use of BOTs in the server of GxRO.
Any user found using a BOT will be automatically banned. Any other account of that user will be banned as well. The staff reserves the right to not to admit any person that BOTed in the past in the moment that he/she believes necessary and/or convenient without any warning type and/or tests.

7.3.- It is absolutely forbidden to Kill Steal (KS). This action means to attack a monster that is being attacked by another person. This rule is annulled if the other person requests for help. Boss Monster are an exception to this rule, being players able to attack it at will. The violation to this rule will be punished with one or more days of Ban.

7.4.- The Mob Training (MT) won’t be punished. This action means to join and to maintain two or more monsters with one or more characters with the purpose of killing them at the same time. However, this action can be considered a violation if it affects the game of other players. The staff believes in the good faith and friendship of the players and hopes no one tries to take all the monsters on the field.
The staff reserves the right of taking part on any MT affecting others gameplay.

7.5.- It is absolutly forbidden to pick drops from the monster killed by other players. The player who killed the monster has 3 seconds for picking the item without the risk of it being picked by another player.

7.6.- It is absolutely forbidden the hacks use and external several programs to the servant that you/they alter the development of the game, being also considered any alteration type to the client of GxRO, like to the kRO and SakRay. Any user that is discovered using this programs, will be punished with a permanent BAN of the bill.

7.7.- It is absolutely forbidden the Exploit of BUGs, understanding each other for this reason to use a failure of the game for own benefit, being punished with a BAN.
Before the presence of a BUG, the user leaves in the obligation to report the same one to the Staff of GxRO in the Sub-forum of Bug Exploits, of not making it, it will be punished in the same way that who Exploit of a BUG makes.

7.8.- It is absolutely forbidden to block any NPC (non playing character) by opening any Chat Room, Vending Room or just blocking the path to the NPC. This violation will be punished with 1 day of Ban.

7.9.- In case a player wants to report any of the violations mentioned above, he should contact a Game Master or anyone of the GxRO staff via Player Message, Whisper or creating a Thread on the section “Denuncias” of the forum.
It is indispensable to attach a screen or anything that corroborates the accusation. In case none is presented the accusation will be invalidated.

8.- You complain, accusations and discrepancies with the staff of GxRO:

8.1. - The staff of GxRO is open to suggestions, comments, complaints and critics of the users that are presented in an adecuated form. The use of vulgar, street, offensive language or any inadecuated attitude will end in the descalification of the message. It is necessary to clarify that the realized accusations will be made in a Sub-forum where only the staff has access, being the user in total anonymity.

8.2.- The decitions of the staff of GxRO are irrevocable unless they change their opinion. The users must not influence any of these decitions.

8.3.- Users are free to present any prove that shows that they are not guilty of an accusations. However, the proves must be sent in an appropriate way (private message to a member of the staff or on the subforum “Denuncias”), otherwise, proves will be ignored.

8.4.- Users are allowed to present any denounce against a member of the staff. Proves must be presented and posted on the subforum “Denuncias”. Any complain that doesn’t have any prove will be ignored.

8.5.- However, any accusation of any nature presented by an user towards a member of the staff on a public forum that can be injurious will be ignored and the user will be punished on the forum and ingame.

8.6.- Users should remember that the staff of GxRO reserves the right of admission and have the right to kick you from the community.

9.- General explanations:

9.1. - The Staff of GxRO doesn't take partial and/or total responsibility for the actions of the users. Each user is responsible for his/her own acts and the consequences that the might have.

9.2.- For what was exposed on the previous point, the staff of GxRO is not responsible for the discussions among the users, therefore he/she won't participate on those. However, any lack of serious respect or any racist discrimination, direct aggressions, etc can be reported to the staff in order to have it analized and having the user punished in case of being necessary.

9.3.- Any user that violates any of the rules mentioned above will be added to a black list. Users on this list won’t have any consideration in the future.

9.4.- The staff of GxRO doesn't have any obligation/responsibility for any security problem the user can have. The security of the users PC is responsibility of the owners as well as the email account corresponds to the owner and the supplier of it.
