todo bien con los nombres de las quest , pero a q npc se las pido ?

busca las quest en la solapa de list ....

a osea te aparece sola ?

si pones en quest, y te fijas arriba hay unas opciones (en este caso en List) y te dice las quest que tenes para hacer, ahi la buscas .....

A mi hubo una quest que me dejó ir a Port Lux (creo que en realidad finalmente pude ir por mi lvl, y si fue así, te deja entre 66 y 70 [no estoy segura, porque probé en 65 y no me dejo, pero la siguiente vez, que justo coincidía con una quest en la que me mandaban a matar a Port Lux, pude ir ]), pero el tema es que llegué sin mapa ni warp
Y recién ahora estoy haciendo las quests xD! (igual las quest son facilongas, la mayoría bastante cortas).

es que con estos rates se pasaban los level haciendo las de combat style
