apache en linux

No se si va aca, perdonen ya de antemano.
Les cuento q quise instalar el apache version 2.0.51 en mandrake 10, cuando trato de configurarlo me tira el siguiente error.

Si alguien tiene idea y me puede ayudar se lo agradeceria un monton.

Cuando uno instala los paquetes en linux, tiene q instalar una libreria para poder ejecutar programas de terceros.
Instale facil 4 veces linux en 3 horas.
