Death Note es un manga de estilo novela policial.

Resumen de la historia:

Death Note tells the story about the battle between the two chosen ones, Yagami Light and Agent L. Yagami Light is the original Kira who took part in a killing spree in the human race that deserved to die, people such as criminals incorrectly charged. Agent L is a detective that few have met in person, but has the capability to do almost anything he desires to, he has the resources to. Death Note introduces more Kira as the manga goes along, but their purposes vary as is noticed, and Agent L is able to decipher which Kira commits which crimes.

Death Note cuenta la historia sobre la batalla entre los dos elegidos, Yagami Light y el Agente L. Yagami Light es el Kira original que tomo parte en la matanza de los seres humanos que merecian morir, gente como criminales serios. El Agente L es un detective quien pocas personas han conocido, pero tiene la capacidad para hacer casi todo lo que desee, porque tiene los recursos. Death Note introduce mas Kiras mientras el manga continua, pero sus propositos varian, y el Agente L puede descifrar cual Kira comete cual crimen.

Resumen personal:

Death Note cuenta la historia sobre un joven, llamado Yagami Light, que un dia encuentra un cuaderno de notas. Tiene el mejor promedio de la escuela, y se destaca por su inteligencia. En el cuaderno dice que si escribe un nombre, este morira de ataque al corazon a los 40 segundos, y Light lo prueba con un criminal de la television (el cuaderno tambien requeria saber la cara de la persona y su nombre completo verdadero), y funciona efectivamente. Light decide usar el cuaderno para matar a todos los criminales del mundo que merezcan morir, haciendo del mundo un lugar mejor, y adopta el nombre de "Kira". El padre de Light es el vicepresidente de la fuerza nacional de policia de Japon (que ironia, no ¿?). Como la policia no puede hacer mucho, un detective (quien iguala las capacidades mentales de Light para deducir y planear) bajo el nombre de "L" decide ayudar a la policia. Pero su identidad es mantenida oculta por el mismo. ¿¿Que pasara con Light, su lucha por hacer del mundo un lugar mejor, y su enfrentamiento con su enemigo "L" ??


Biografia de los personajes:

Yagami Light



Yagami Light, age 17. Yagami Light is the first human to lay hands on the Death Note. The notebook that Light found was dropped by a God of Death named Ryuuku. Light is a smart and serious person, when he first met Ryuuku, he wasn’t scared, he was actually waiting for a Shiningami to show up. At first he doubted the Death Note, thinking it was some prank book someone made up, and to verify this opinion, all he wanted was for a God of Death to show up. Soon, Light will be the one who will start the most confusing police cases in Japan – the Kira case. Light had thoughts about whether or not he would be a murderer if he killed someone using the Death note. He decided he would only use the Death Note to execute criminals, somebody whom it’s ok to kill, somebody who should die. His first victim to test out his new genuine notebook was Otoharada Kurou, a 42 year-old man who suddenly collapsed in a nursery school along with 8 infants and daycare workers.

Yagami Light es el hijo del vicepresidente de la fuerza nacional de policia de Japon. Es increiblemente inteligente y su capacidad de razonamiento y deduccion lo hace unico. Encuentra un cuaderno en la calle, y con la capacidad de matar a una persona con solo escribir su nombre y conocer su cara, tiene el deseo de reformar el mundo. Quiere ser aclamado por la poblacion, bajo el nombre de "Kira", asesinando a los criminales que segun el merecen morir. Es imparable, hasta que se topa con un obstaculo: "L". Esta siempre acompañado de un Shinigami (Dios de la muerte) llamado Ryuuk (o Ryuuku) con quien conversa.

Ryuuku



Ryuuku is the Shinigami (God of Death) who dropped a notebook into the human world that will soon make a huge difference on earth. Ryuuku was bored of being in the world of the Shinigamis so he convinced and tricked the Shinigami King into giving him a second Death Note which is dropped into the human world. When Light asked Ryuuku why he dropped the notebook into the human world, Ryuuku said because he was bored, he explained how Gods of Death don’t have much to do besides napping and gambling and that if they were caught writing names in their Death Notes, they would get laughed at, “Wow, you’re such a hard worker”. He figured hanging around in the human world would be more interesting than killing those in the human world when he’s stuck in the boring Shinigami Realm.

Ryuuku (tambien llamado Ryuuk o Ryuk) es un Shinigami, que estaba muy aburrido en el mundo de los Shinigamis. Alli solo se apostaba y se dormia. La vida de los shinigamis puede ser eterna, lo unico que tiene que hacer para alargarla, es ir al mundo de los humanos, y escribir en su Death Note (nota: todos los Shinigamis tienen su propio Death Note) el nombre de una persona que tiene que morir en ese instante, asi alargan su vida. Pero si escriben el nombre de una persona que no debia morir, o matan alguna persona que podria afectar la duracion de la vida de otra persona, el Shinigami morira. Bueno, Ryuuk estaba muy aburrido en el mundo de los Shinigamis donde solo se apostaba o se dormia, asique fue al mundo de los humanos y "dejo caer" un Death Note, que fue recogido por Light. Aparecio ante el, y dijo que esa Death Note ya era suya. Durante la serie va observando a Light, porque le parece entretenido. Ryuk mantiene que su posicion es neutra, aunque a veces ayuda a Light (aunque en general es en cambio de manzanas).
Trivia: Le gusta demasiado las manzanas.

Es un detective, que como Light, puede razonar de una manera sobrenatural. Tiene a su disposicion todos los recursos que desee, ya que es extremadamente renombrado en la fuerza policial, y organizaciones internacionales como la Interpol. Mantiene su identidad a la incognita, como lo ha hecho toda su vida. Tiene un ayudante, llamado Watari. Ayuda a la policia en el caso de Kira, y reune un grupo de investigacion privado e intimo.


Crew:

Death Note's Mangaka is divided into two people, storyline by Ooba Tsugami and the art is done by Obata Takashi, Obata has also provided art for such manga as Hikaru No go written by Yumi Hotta. Obata and Ooba first released the Death Note manga in April of 2004. Death Note's creator has developed a manga that does not rely on action and uses the power of suspense to create a manga that challenges the mind, to guess what will happen next. It is a new manga of it's kind, and definitely deserves it's popularity.
