Es un scamm verdad? De echo, me llego al mail que tengo para recibir las newsletters y propagandas, no al mail de la cuenta de juego.

Yo lo que primero haria seria verificar los datos que te dan

La direccion de la oficina de blizzard y todo

despues pedir un ticket gm IN-GAME para charlarle de este tema, a ver si es parte de la empresa o es solo un mero scam-> te aconsejo que le saques screen a todas las conversaciones con los gm's para usarlos como pruebas

Parece que es un Email de recuperación de cuenta hackeada

tendrias que confirmar si el que te mando el mail es realmente blizzard, pero if you dont care
