Shattered Barrier - Spell - World of Warcraft

Shattered Barrier is currently activated when ice barrier is purged / dispelled.

It won't activate if you cancel the ice barrier buff.

It won't activate if the ice barrier buff runs out.

Any rank of ice barrier will proc it.

The effect does no damage therefore doesn't break CC.

Es lo único que encuentro con respecto al dispel de Ice Barrier.
