Bueno estuve testeando un ratito al shammie (no toque ningun spell mas alla de lvl 70), mas que nada la rama resto, simplemente porque es la que mas me interesa. Dejo lo que encontre, aunque no es mucho...

Elemental Oath >>> No da el % extra de spell dmg cuando se esta bajo efectos de Clearcasting. El % de crit si lo da. No testeado ni en party ni en raid. Aparece como debuff.
Lightning Overload
Astral Shift >>> Con Silences, aparentemente no muestra el efecto grafico, ni aparece el buff, ni tampoco queda registrado el proc de Astral Shift en el combat log, pero si anda el efecto (osea que tiene solo un bug grafico, anda bien). Con Stuns y Fears se ve el efecto grafico, el buff y tambien aparece en el combat log. (ver mas info aca >>> ACA <<<)
Totem of Wrath >>> Da el spell power correctamente. (me falta retestear el 3% de crit que dejaria como "debuff" a los enemigos dentro del radio del totem).
Lightning Overload
Lava Flows >>> No testeado el bonus al crit strike dmg con Lava Burst. El rango a Flame Shock aumenta correctamente.
Shamanism >>> No da el bonus dmg a Lightning Bolt. No testeado con Lava Burst.
Thunderstorm >>> No hace el knockback en PvE. En pvp funciona el knockback, aunque hay veces que hace saltar distancias exageramente grandes.

Maelstrom Weapon >>> Tiene 100% de chance on hit de aplicar las charges, lo cual no deberia ser asi. Las chances se basan en la velocidad del(de las) arma(s) que se tengan equipadas. No se ve la cantidad de stacks que tiene el buff, pero si stackea el effecto correctamente.
Feral Spirit >>> Summonea los lobos, pero solo hacen dmg melee. Le faltan todos los spells.

Si, lo mismo encontre g00gleando un poco para ver si en alguno de estos patchs habian metido alguna pelotudez por el estilo. Pero yo no tengo ese Glyph, y lo que me cura tampoco es el 1% de mi hp... asi que no se
