Buenas.

Ayer, tras ver las calabazas que poblaban Shattrah, me acerqué a Scarlet a comprobar si estaba activa la quest. El Pozo de las Calabazas si aparecía en su sitio.... Tras juntarnos 4 y coger la quest anterior en Kharanos, nos fuímos de cabeza a ver si el señor con el corte de pelo terminal nos soltaba alguna montura o pet tan felices; pero el MUY cabrón no es invocado ni por la quest de la dama ni con la de la vela que te da la calabaza.

Resumen; los npc's están, el caballero no >.<

pero en la 3.0.2 ya no es mas scarlet:
Since 3.0.2 the spawn has changed from a 4 hour interval world event to a player-driven spawn. In order for Shade of the Horseman to spawn, a player must first complete the pre-quest [70] Fire Brigade Practice or [70] Fire Training available from the Costumed Orphan Matron or Masked Orphan Matron standing by the buckets of water. This quest can only be obtained when Shade of the Horseman is NOT present and is also unobtainable for a certain period of time after the Shade of the Horseman has either been killed or has ridden off.
