Go to 35.44 and go get Venture Co. Explosives killing Venture Co. Ruffians and Excavators. Then head over the border at 25.34 and kill a Stormwatcher. Use the explosives on the dead body and gather the quest item.

Quest complete.

jaja esta el item ahi tirado xD
en realidad habria q matar enanos para q tiren dinamita (q no tiran) y luego al matar el golem, usarla y te da el item quest..
pero bueno =) se puede hacer!, gracias!!!
