Este Item te pide (Requires Alliance Vanguard - Exalted) exaltado con alliance vanguard. Bueno el tema esq ninguno de los 2 vendors me la da, me dice q no tengo suficiente reputacion, pero tengo Exaltad con Alliance Vanguard, es mas hasta tengo el achivement The Winds of the North:
