Y si te fijas en las patch notes en el mismo link, tenes esto en el patch 4.0.1: "Stamina: Now gives 14 health per point (up from 10)". Asi que estabas en lo correcto.

Y para el que quiera, ese link tiene otras cosas para revisar como crit, dodge, las patch notes que dicen que se cambio en cata, etc.
