El regen time de las runas es 10 segundos, y siempre lo fue. Lo que si se te cumple, es que si la runa sale de CD, no usas la runa inmediatamente, pero la usas como máximo 2 segundos después, el cd si es de 8 segundos (y no de 10). Acá eso ultimo esta bug, el regen vuelve a ser de 10, cuando deberia ser de 8, 8.5 , 9 o 9.5 segundos, dependiendo de cuantos segundo después del reset del cd se uso. Asi que lo reporto como debe ser:

Spell: Todas las runas del DK.

Bug: El regen time siempre es 10 segundos pese a que deberia cumplirse lo de abajo (link).

No te ofendas, pero esa guia de elitist jerks que posteaste esta llena de cosas desactualizadas, o que no corresponden a la version 3.3.5 -

Dice cosas viejas, todas cosas correspondientes a la version 3.1 o incluso ANTES:

Summon Gargoyle is a 21 point deep Unholy talent. Maximum duration 1 minute. The Gargoyle requires 50 Runic Power to be summoned and then 8 Runic Power for every second past that. So for it to last the whole full minute, you will need to generate 50 + 50 x 8 = 450 Runic Power over the duration of a minute. As Unholy, the optimal RP generation is 8 RP/s (see above section, Runic Power generation) which will grant you 480 RP/minute. If you summon the Gargoyle at 100 RP, you will need to generate 250 RP over the next minute.

Talent Choices

There are two common specs used as blood. Currently, a debate exists as to which is best, but they are close enough that both are viable. Different rotations are required to maximize DPS for these two specs, however.

50/0/21: This spec is based around Gargoyle as the primary runic power dump. The additional advantage of Blood Caked Blade and 5% more strength from Ravenous Dead and Shadow of Death make it a formidable spec. However, as will be shown in the next section, a sacrifice made to the rotation due to the absence of Annihilation causes a good portion of this benefit to be cancelled out by the next spec.

Y fuera de eso, traten de no postear info que sea "me parece", busquen algo mas concreto:

Runes have a base cooldown of 10 seconds, which is then reduced by haste (for example, 25% haste would give your runes an 8 second cooldown). However, cooldowns are paired between rune of the same time (remember, death runes count as whatever type of rune they were converted from for the purposes of rune cooldowns). If one rune of a pair is already on cooldown, using the other will place it on cooldown for a duration equal to the normal rune cooldown time plus the remaining time left on the first rune's cooldown. Essentially, the second one of the runes to go on cooldown 'pauses' and waits until the first rune has finished its cooldown before starting to cool down itself.
